What is your return policy?
If you decide to return any of your purchases (in new and unused condition), we will refund you the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee.
If collection is needed for return you will be charged a collection fee.
This excludes any made to measure items as these can not be returned.
Characteristics of timber
The nature of the timber is that it may shrink, split and crack in hot weather as it gives up moisture into an atmosphere drier than itself. It may swell in wet weather as it takes up moisture from an atmosphere wetter than itself. We are not responsible for this as it is an inherent characteristic of wood. We give this information so you can make informed decisions about using wood.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are usually within 1-5 working days. We will call you on the day of delivery to notify you of our arrival. We offer a kerbside delivery only within Leicestershire, and our driver will park as close to the kerb as safely possible. You are responsible for the movement of the delivery from the kerbside onto your property. We are not liable for any damage caused if the driver agrees to deliver onto your property.
Made to measure
We offer a made to measure service on fencing, gates and sheds. If you require this, please call on 0116 231 2876 to speak to a member of our friendly staff.
